Our aim is to "Redesign the Uniform" for today's clergy, by offering unique and fashionable clericals and stoles that allow the minister to be comfortable, fashionable, and approachable in their ministry. One of a kind stoles add a personal touch to the worship service. Custom made altar cloths, pulpit falls, and other worship space accessories are available.
Clericals from Stitches of Ayr are created from knit fabrics, and feature either eco-sensitive bamboo and organic cotton blend jersey, or moisture wicking pique fabric (similar to the fabrics used for fine golf shirts). Offered in a variety of colours, each shirt can be custom sewn to the purchaser's measurements. The fabrics and the shirts are made in Canada. Available for both men and women, with tab or neckband collars.
Stoles, altar cloths and accessories are created from a variety of fabrics, often embellished with gorgeous embroidery. The designs and styles range from traditional to whimsical, and many are one of a kind creations. We pay close attention to detail and fit, and hand stitch the majority of these items, to create quality items for our customers.
